Having lived here for several years Jane has laid out a cornucopia of 'Must See' venues for you to enjoy along the way.

Starting in the 'Mile High City' of Denver Colorado we discover a veritable store of hidden gems.
From the Rocky Mountains to its high plains, Great Sand Dunes and stunning Royal Gorge we stop in some of the mid wests most iconic places both old and new. From the probably Americas most valuable parking lot, Aspen Airport in the summer, to one of its oldest visible remnants of a civilization past at Mesa Verde this is a tour of contrasts.

Visiting the Silver Dollar Saloon where Doc Holiday reputedly shot his last man, staying in Hotel Irma built for 'Buffalo Bill' Cody in 1902, to Deadwood and the Casinos and bars frequented by Calamity Jane and Bill Cody you will get a taste of the Wild West and what it took to survive in those frontier days.

Experiencing some of Yellowstone's Geysers and fumaroles you literally taste this weird and wonderful landscape. Here, if you are quiet enough and lucky enough, you will see some of America's largest wildlife including moose or buffalo, we spend a couple of nights here allowing you to explore on your own.

Heading east from here we make a short visit to Devils Tower and rest for the night near Mount Rushmore. We finally swing south returning to the Rockies following the majestic mountains and lakes back to Denver.
