Grandstand Area's at Jerez Spain

X-1 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
This is the most requested tribune during the competitions at the circuit, along with C-2 and Expo ’92, because apart from having an excelent visibility of the corners located in its surroundings, it is the fastest one of the track which means an excelent opportunity to watch the highest speeds The Ferrari curve, does not permit mistakes, its layout is unique. It is without doubt one of the most important points in the race, which makes the difference between drivers.

X-0 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
The X-0 Tribune was new at Grand Prix 2002. This is a small tribune located in the best zone of Circuito, with an excelent panoramic view to Angel Nieto, Peluqui and Ferrari zones.

C-2 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
It is one of the best grandstands of the circuit as from here you have a magnificent view of an extensive area of the racetrack, including the starting straight, the curve C-2 up to the angle of Michelin, and all the Nieto and Peluqui area. It is the first corner of the track, therefore it is a privileged place to watch the group of riders on their first lap, which is spectacular. Besides, it is also one of the main overtaking points.

J-4 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
Located just on the left of the C-2 grandstand, also at the end of the main straight, has almost the same view as the previous one. Like C-2 tribune, the main straight, angle of Michelin, and all the extense area of Nieto and Peluqui are in its vision field.

VIP TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
This grandstand is located in the main area of the track, just opposite the starting grid. Apart from watching the spectacular moment of the start in a Grand Prix of Motorbikes, Formula One or any other national competition, you can directly leave the usual previus ceremony of : The strain of the riders and mechanics, the directly works on the bikes or cars, maximun concentration, the strong sound of the engines waiting for the green lights. All these sort of ingredients make this tribune one of the most popular during the season. With an extension of more than 200 metres, you can watch the last corner of the track called "Ducados" if you are seated on the left. Hand side, if you sit on the right, you also have an excelent view of the podium ceremony.

A-10 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
It is situated in a privileged area. With a capacity of 1.200 seats in the swing Ducados (just in the last curve of the track, one that precedes the finish line) adds to the ten that the route from Jerez is located throughout the facility. It is therefore a spectacular gallery, where the lucky buyer, to be sure, you'll see as the races are decided. Not surprisingly, is the last strategic point for pilots to perform overtaking maneuvers, which will definitely increase their interest. In addition, it will enjoy a wide field of vision which includes: the curve itself with the line in front of goal, the exit of Dry Sack and Ferrari, and all the work that takes place in the pits during the training sessions and race.

W-3 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
Located just opposite the Peluqui corner and, as the previus one, has an excelent visibility and spectacularity. It is a very similar corner to Angel Nieto. Its layout is fast, on the right and of medium radio. It is very important to get a high speed before coming into the next two fast corners , also visible from this tribune. Besides, the vision field, includes the end of the main straight (Expo ’92 and J-4).

Q-5 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
Located just in front of the corner with the same name, it has a beautiful view of all theses consecutives corners wich flows to the fast Ferrari corner. If this is the corner of your choice for the Motorbike Grand Prix, you must buy the tickets well in advance to make sure that be able to live the best motorist atmosphere.

M-6 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
M-6 curve, also called Michelin, completes the trio of grandstands allocated just at the end of the main straigth of the track. In this case, it is located on the left of the two first, just in front of the curve with the same name. It is also an overtaking point during the races. It is one of the slowest corners in the racetrack, with a very strong acceleration just after it so to get the necessary high speed for the next corner.

T-8 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
T-8 tribune, located at the exit of the Michelin turn, includes -just as M-6- the Michelin curve and C-2.

P-7 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
We are now arriving to the tribunes allocated at the Nieto and Peluqui’ area, two of the most popular corners of the track together with the pelousse in between. It is the most spectacular and fastest of the circuit, with a succession of interlaced curves, all of them to the right.

R-9 TRIBUNE GRANDSTAND
This tribune, located just opposite the "Dry Sack" corner, is one of the most spectacular of the Circuito, and another overtaking point. We arrive to this corner after driving along the second longest straight (600 metres) of the track. It is the slowest corner, where the competitors make use of a wild braking during races. In this turn took place the famous incident between the Formula One drivers, Michael Schumacher and Jacques Villeneuve during the last round of the 1997 Formula One season, which finally gave Villeneuve his World Champion Title. With a very large visibility , it includes the exit of the Sito Pons curve, the second straight up to Dry Sack and it dissappears at the left corner before Nieto and Peluqui’area.
