Czech Republic BrnoWe meet at Dover before our short crossing to Calais.
Riding through the lowlands of France and Belgium exploring the countryside as we go we relax in to European riding with ease. On our trek through Germany the beautiful hills and forests unwind in front of us beckoning to us and enticing us to stay awhile. The pace is much less frenetic than we are used to in the UK.
As we enter Czech Republic the countryside changes once again with a strong accent on agriculture interspersed with busy little towns. After stopping overnight in Prague spend most of the next day exploring the churches, synagogues, castles, bridges, restaurants, squares, architecture, Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town. Phew! You'll wish we were here for a week.
With time to unwind and ride the trams, river boats, horse drawn carriages or just wander around gazing upward, being careful not trip over your own feet on the cobbles we finally arrive in Brno in the early evening.
We spend 3 nights in Brno where you can relax and enjoy the superb hospitality in this interesting town. Sit in the bars and swap bike stories and tales of adventure with your mates or talk to the early dawn with other MotoGP enthusiasts of many different origins. Your package includes your race ticket for the weekend and free transfers to and from the circuit on Qualifying and Race Day.
On Monday we head for the high road and the delights of Switzerland. with mountain roads of all sorts, tunnels, high passes and river valleys with many turns from tight and twisty to sweeping bends, with the countryside dotted with tiny hamlets, isolated farm houses to impressive castles, the views are ever changing.
Travelling on through Austria and finally through France there is scenery to die for there is something for everyone. . |
